At Maggie Lee Bennett Creations, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Because many items may be printed, made-to-order, or digital in nature, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a return if approved. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Digital products
• Downloadable items
• Customized or personalized products
• Items damaged through normal use or misuse

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
